We'll assess the strengths and opportunities of your company, as well as any potential obstacles that may arise during the succession process.

Creating a plan of action

We'll develop a 3-year plan with specific goals and actions to move you closer to your long-term vision.

Annual review and adjustment

We'll take the 3-year plan and create a specific action plan for the next 12 months.

Quarterly tasks and review

We'll break down the actions from the 1-year plan into quarterly tasks and assign them to the appropriate individuals. We'll evaluate progress, set new tasks, and make any necessary adjustments to ensure success.
